Debbie joined G-P when there were 3 employees to help grow the company to 1,100 people globally, $1billion in ARR, and a $4.2 billion valuation. She was responsible for building the proprietary software that was the base for their current AI platform, automating processes and structuring data across the organization, and building out the team in all departments helping CEO Nicole Sahin to build their award winning culture.
G-P was also the #6 Fastest Growing Company on Inc.5000, the #1 Fastest Growing Women-Led Company in America and was named a Female-Led Unicorn by Crunchbase in 2022.
Fun fact: G-P was #2 fastest growing company in Massachusetts in 2018, just missing the top spot for BBJ in back-to-back years.

When Debbie joined in 2008, she asked the question 'How many WFOEs do we have in China?" and realized there was not one source of truth and easy way to access the data. She began building out searchable databases and automating processes from billing to internal operations, leading to greatly increased internal efficiency, better customer experience, and rapid revenue growth.
