Debbie Millin is the CEO of UpperLevel Solutions, accelerating rapid growth in technology companies.

Debbie brings her vast expertise to support CEOs of VC, PE and privately funded companies to help them scale.

In her 20+ year career as an executive operator in disruptive industries, Debbie has developed a new competency model for rapid growth. Moving beyond efficiencies, she has cultivated this model to deliver tremendous corporate value, including growing a company from 3 people to a $4.2 BILLION valuation in less than 6 years.

Debbie is passionate about creating a customized mix of people, refining processes and technology to enable companies to scale while maintaining profitability, while earning stellar customer satisfaction ratings and epic employee engagement scores across global teams. Her experience in building proprietary technology and product innovation created a new global multi-billion dollar category and defined global employment solutions of the future.
