"Debbie is an exceptional COO and executive, but beyond that, she’s an extraordinary person. Debbie has the willpower, fortitude and strength to move mountains. She is a force of nature; a creator of miracles; and one of the most competent people I’ve ever met.
At various times at GP, Debbie was our interim CFO, our interim CHRO, and head of product, in addition to being our COO, and could always be counted on as we built a rocket ship with over a billion dollars in ARR during her tenure. Debbie has incredible project planning skills and can spot issues ahead of the curve, which is a critical skillset for an executive leading a large high growth organization.
Debbie is also incredibly inspiring, and capable of leading people to reach goals beyond their wildest dreams. I credit her with being the primary driver of the GP company culture, which has an unusually high level of engagement (check out our Glassdoor reviews!). She's effective while being human, and is extraordinary to witness in action. She should be on stage as often as possible to inspire and motivate people."
